Data controller
Livrable processes the data required to produce your meeting deliverables. For any question, contact us at the support address provided in your workspace.
Data collected
Account: email, full name, company, sector, interface language. Meetings: title, type, customer, project, attendees you enter. Content: audio file (transient), transcript, generated deliverables.
Transient audio
Audio is deleted from our servers as soon as transcription succeeds, and within 24 hours at the latest if it fails. Only the text is kept.
Hosting
Data is hosted in Germany (our hosting provider's EU region), within the European Union.
Processors
Automatic transcription and text generation are carried out by specialised providers, solely to produce your deliverables. Primary storage takes place in Germany (our hosting provider's EU region); deliverables are drafted in the United States. Full details are on the Sub-processors page.
Retention period
Your meetings, transcripts and deliverables are kept as long as your account is active. Deleting a meeting or the account permanently erases the associated data.
Your rights
You can export all your data in JSON format and delete your account at any time from the “My account” page.
