Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we are asked most often.

How long is my meeting audio kept?

Your recording is deleted as soon as transcription is complete. If transcription fails, it is kept for at most 24 hours so you can retry, then deleted automatically. Only the transcript text is kept in your account.

Where is my data hosted?

Your meetings, transcripts and deliverables are stored in Germany (Supabase, EU region). Audio is deleted after transcription, performed by Gladia. Deliverables are drafted by Anthropic (Claude) in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Service emails are sent via Resend, which keeps its sending logs in the United States. Full details are on the Sub-processors page.

Which languages does Livrable support?

You can record a meeting in its original language, even when participants mix several. Deliverables are written in French, English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Danish or Czech. The interface is available in French, English and Spanish.

Can I import a Microsoft Teams transcript?

Yes. On a meeting page, paste the transcript or import the file (.vtt, .docx, .txt, .srt or .md). The text is saved immediately and used for deliverables, with no audio recording needed.

Which subprocessors handle my data?

Livrable relies on providers for hosting, transcription, writing and sending emails, only to produce your deliverables. The full list and each provider's role is on the Subprocessors page.

Which deliverables can I produce?

Meeting minutes, action plan, proposal update, client follow-up message, preparation note before a meeting, and a custom message written from your instruction. Agreed actions are also tracked in a dedicated table.

How do I get access?

Livrable is in private beta, by invitation. Fill in the “Request access” form and we will get back to you personally.

Invitation only

This first phase is limited to 200 users. Every account is set up with you during an onboarding call: your sector, your vocabulary, your templates. We prefer a small number of well-supported users to a broad, anonymous audience.
